(This opens in the morning and closes at dark.  Chickens will go back inside at dusk and the door closes at dark.)

With batteries, Battery Powered Timer and Cable

(This is required if you want to limit the amount of time they chickens are outside. You may wish to only allow them outside in the late afternoon. This will provide extra protection from predators.)

 

 

Mounting Options

 

There is a string in the VSB Units that is tied to the door.

Gravity causes the door to close and an electric motor causes the string to retract the door.
