Henspa Special Edition

(symmetrical roof)

In addition to the more traditional roof and sunroom lines on this model, The Special Edition provides access to the inside from either end by allowing the roof assembly to slide variously to the right as pictured or to the left.  The feed is administered in this position.  Access to the water is gained when the roof is opened from the other end. Feeding and watering chores occur every 5-7 days only.

Your Henspa Deluxe will arrive preassembled in two crates.

Install the roof and the sunroom, add chickens and enjoy.

Deluxe and Special Edition Models shipped after August of 2005 include the Henspa V4.0 handle and wheel system.

Because the Deluxe and Special Edition models are considerably heavier than the Henspa. most of our users have elected to park them on a bed of litter.  The yard maintenance people can easily move it every 2-3 weeks to refresh the litter.  Chicken wire under the litter will discourage predators.

Architectural cedar motif roofing, invisible feeder and watering systems, pre-wired accessories and the option of custom coloring to match your surroundings make the Henspa Deluxe or the Henspa Special Edition the choice for the discriminating buyer.

Your choice of colors will personalize this coop.

Color schemes will be arranged to match the motifs of your existing structures.  Choose a roof pattern and send us the trim and siding colors that you desire and we will make a Deluxe Henspa that will fit naturally into your garden or grounds.

The roofs on the Henspa Special Edition and Henspa Deluxe models slide on a special wheel system making the opening and closing of the roof  to access the feeder and water effortless.

It is important that these units remain fairly stationary on level ground. Unleveled ground can make opening or closing the roof more difficult due to the weight of the roof.
